Wallace Mathai-Davis joins Mobilum Tech.’s board of directors

Mathai Davis will bring more than 35 years of experience as a senior executive in international asset management and merchant banking to the company.
VANCOUVER — Mobilum Technologies Inc. has appointed Mr. Wallace Mathai-Davis, Ph.D., to its board of directors.
Mathai-Davis was the co-founder, chairman and managing partner of Quantalytics AI Labs where currently serves on the Q.ai board, according to a statement from Mobilum.
He is an economic sociologist who holds a Ph.D. and M.A. from Princeton University. Mobilum says he will bring more than 35 years of experience as a senior executive in international asset management and merchant banking to the company.
Mathai-Davis has been involved in several FinTech initiatives delivering financial services through the use of advanced technologies. For nearly eight years, he was a member of the supervisory board of 360 Treasury Systems, AG and an advisor to its CEO. He remains chairman of the North American subsidiary, 360 Trading Networks Inc.
