Police arrested three boys in relation to fire at former Capital Paper warehouse

KINGSTON, N.S.—Three teenagers are facing charges of arson and break and enter after an abandoned paper plant in Kingston, N.S., burned to the ground.

Police said they arrested three boys between the ages of 14 and 17 in relation to the fire at the former Capital Paper warehouse.

A 15-year-old from Kingston and a 17-year-old from Cornwallis are each facing a charge of arson and two charges of break and enter.

A 14-year-old from Kingston will face two charges of break and enter.

The three teens have been released to appear in Kentville provincial youth court at a later date.

Firefighters came from 15 different departments in the area to contain the blaze and prevent it from spreading to adjacent buildings.
