VMAC makes the 2021 Best Workplaces In Manufacturing List

NANAIMO — VMAC received recognition as Great Place To Work®’s Best Workplaces™ in Manufacturing list for the third consecutive year, joining other organizations in the manufacturing industry.

Great Place To Work determines the Best Workplaces list by reviewing confidential coworker responses to their Trust Index Survey, which requires coworkers to agree over a variety of criteria that their workplace is a ‘great place to work’.

“This recognition is particularly meaningful to VMAC, as our coworkers agreed that VMAC is a great place to work during these very uncertain and unprecedented times,” says Tod Gilbert, VMAC’s President. “Our team has persevered through one of the most challenging years for businesses, and we’ve stayed focused on the future with strong people, processes, and products.”
