TFI International completes acquisition of JHT Holdings, Inc.

MONTREAL — TFI International Inc., a North American company involved in the transportation and logistics industry, announced on Aug. 17, that it has closed on the previously announced acquisition of JHT Holdings, Inc., an asset light logistics and transportation provider in North America for Class 6-8 truck manufacturers.
