LONDON — Odd Burger Corporation announces that Ted Sehl has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer and director of the Company effective January 1, 2024 due to an unexpected and severe medical event requiring surgery. As a ‎result, Mr. Sehl will no longer be able to perform the duties of CFO and director and James McInnes has been appointed interim CFO, effective January 1, 2024. The Board expects to ‎‎embark on an extensive search for a permanent CFO in due course.‎ ‎

The company would like to thank Mr. Sehl for his hard work and dedication and wishes him a speedy recovery. “Ted has made a significant contribution to our company, and we will miss him tremendously,” says James McInnes, CEO and Co-Founder of Odd Burger. “Ted created an amazing team and I am confident in their ability to continue operating our financial division without interruption.”

Odd Burger Corporation is a franchised vegan fast-food restaurant chain and food technology company that manufactures a proprietary line of plant-based protein and dairy alternatives. Its manufactured products are distributed to Odd Burger restaurant locations through its foodservice line and also sold at grocery retailers through its consumer-packaged goods (CPG) line.
