With over 1,000 chargers slated for annual production initially with Bectrol, they say they're setting the stage for an exponential increase in EV charging infrastructure.

TORONTO — BECTROL and IES Synergy have announced a new strategic partnership. This alliance is an attempt at improving EV fast charging technology.

At the heart of this partnership is Bectrol integrating, certifying, and commercializing IES’s KEYWATT® charging products (180kw), engineered for the North American market. Leveraging IES Synergy’s engineering technologies in EV charging, combined with Bectrol’s manufacturing under UL and CSA certification, both companies say this venture will drive the future of mobility with locally produced, high-quality fast chargers. Bectrol says they are the second fast charging station manufacturer in Canada, and the first for the 120-200 Kw range.

Aftermarket Service:

Beyond manufacturing, BECTROL says they will provide monitoring services to maintenance so they ensure that each charger delivers peak performance and longevity.
