Terravest to acquire Mississippi Tank and Manufacturing Co.

TORONTO — TerraVest Industries Inc. stated that it has acquired all the issued and outstanding shares of Mississippi Tank and Manufacturing Company.
MS Tank is a privately-owned manufacturing company with facilities in Hattiesburg and Southaven Miss. and in Vincennes Ind.
MS Tank is in the business of producing and distributing storage and transportation equipment for the gas and propane market in North America.

TerraVest also stated that it will acquire MS Tank using existing cash and credit facilities.
