Distinctive acquires Les Distributions Avantgarde

LAVAL — Distinctive, member of the Amiel Group announced its latest acquisition of Les Distributions Avantgarde, a top Canadian company known for its sourcing and distribution capabilities in household appliances.

Martin Beauchamp, president, cofounder of Les Distributions Avantgarde, will continue working with Distinctive in sourcing and product development.

Distinctive has integrated a new sourcing and product development office in Asia. Through the integration of this new facility, led by local specialists will develop products that cater to the North American market trends.
