MARKHAM, Ont. and AARHUS, Denmark—Markham, Ont.-based software developer Enghouse Systems Ltd. has acquired Mobilethink A/S of Aarhus, Denmark.

Mobilethink A/S is a software business specializing in device management solutions, including Mobilethink, a comprehensive mobile operator-centric intelligence management suite for device management, customer engagement and smartphone support.

The other brand is Tweakker, now the trusted business partner of over 100 mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) worldwide. Tweakker is a market leader in MVNO connectivity, online customer care, automatic subscriber onboarding and customer engagement automation solutions.
