TORONTO—The Canadian Wind Energy Association’s (Canwea) 28th Annual Conference and Exhibition conference opens its doors next week in Toronto.
From October 14 to October 17, 2,500 wind energy experts and 250 exhibitors from around the world will gather at the Direct Energy Centre at Toronto’s Exhibition Place to discuss and display the latest in wind energy technology.
Canwea, a non-profit association with more than 400 members, says the conference program includes sessions on manufacturing, supply chain, technical issues, operations and maintenance, community engagement, and business development.
Early bird admission fees are no longer available but advance registration fees are in effect until October 12th.
The cost to attend Wednesday’s breakfast session, featuring Ontario’s Energy Minister Chris Bentley, is $25.
