Deloitte acquiring SAP consultancy Quattro Integration Group

CALGARY—Deloitte is acquiring Calgary-based consulting firm Quattro Integration Group as the former looks to expand its reach in the resource and energy sector.
Quattro, an SAP (systems, applications and products) consultancy, specializes in new implementations, optimizations, support and advisory services to medium and large businesses in the energy and resources sector in Alberta.
“In response to changing market forces, Canadian energy (and) resource businesses, particularly oil (and) gas players, must be laser-focused in their efforts to streamline their operations and make themselves even more efficient, agile and customer-focused,” Paul Held, managing partner of consulting with Deloitte, said in a statement.
Deloitte expects the transaction to close later this month.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
