Construction firm Stuart Olson lands $105M in new work

Company wins contracts for public, private projects in Western Canada
CALGARY—Alberta-based infrastructure company Stuart Olson Inc. has disclosed $105 million in new contracts for work on public and private construction projects within Canada.
The new agreements include a $40 million deal to build a large post-secondary school and a number of medium and small-scale projects. All of the work is in Western Canada, though the company provided few other details.
“These new contract awards are important wins for our Buildings Group,” David LeMay,the company’s president and CEO, said. “The fact that these awards include our branches in Western Canada and represent a balance of public and private projects, is a reflection of both our diversification strategy and our strong relationships with repeat clients.”
Stuart Olson said the contracts stem from both public and private sector clients.
