Worker dies in Vaughn, Ont. industrial accident

VAUGHAN, Ont.—A man has died in what York Region Police describe as an industrial accident in Vaughan, which is 30 minutes north of Toronto.

Police say three men in a workplace in the afternoon of March 1 suffered what are described as serious and crushing injuries.

One man was pronounced dead at the scene while another man was taken to hospital with critical injuries.

Police say the Coroner’s Office and the provincial labour ministry will investigate.
