MONTREAL — West Penetone has acquired AccuChem, an industrial cleaning chemicals manufacturer based in Canada.
The newly acquired company supplies its cleaning products to the carwash and transportation industry, the oil and gas sector and other industries.
AccuChem also carries water treatment products and programs for heating and cooling functions of large and small buildings. The company has obtained industry certifications like Ecologo and Avetta.
Both companies have said they anticipate their union will help them grow to dominate the carwash, transportation, oil and gas, and residential infrastructure sectors as suppliers of commercial grade cleaning products.
