After locking in its first order from the province, the mid-size bus manufacturer said Quebec transit agencies "right sizing" their fleets is a major opportunity

VANCOUVER—Grande West Transportation Group Inc. has secured its first public transit order in Quebec.

The Vancouver-based company that makes mid-size transit buses said it has signed a new 15-bus contract with transit agencies in Saguenay, Lévis and Trois-Rivières, Que..

The deal is worth about $6 million and all 15 of the buses are scheduled to be delivered next year, the company said Dec. 11.
