Supermax Healthcare Canada creates manufacturing division

The Supermax Medical division will be led by M. Sylvain Bergeron, Executive Vice President.
LONGUEUIL — On Feb. 3, Supermax Healthcare Canada announced the creation of a medical equipment manufacturing division, SUPERMAX MEDICAL. Supermax Medical produces surgical masks of ASTM level 1, 2 and 3 standards.
The Supermax Medical division will be led by M. Sylvain Bergeron, Executive Vice President.
The manufacturing division will support the Canadian effort to create personal protective equipment domestically. Supermax Medical also announced that a number of jobs had been created as a result of the expansion at their Longueuil facility, but did not specify a number.
Supermax Healthcare Canada is a division of the Supermax Group based in Berhad, Malaysia. Supermax Corp is a disposable glove manufacturer with a global presence.
