CALGARY—PetroBakken Energy Ltd. has sold its position in the Weyburn, Sask. Oil exploration project for $105 million.
The company said the 2.2 per cent stake amounts to the production of 580 barrels of oil per day.
PetroBakken is majority owned by Calgary-based oil producer Petrobank Energy and Resources Ltd. and currently produces light oil in Alberta’s Cardium field and Saskatchewan’s Bakken region.
