MISSISSAUGA  — H&R Real Estate Investment Trust and Tribal Partners have launched the construction of industrial facilities in Meadowvale Commerce Park.

Real estate service firm Cushman & Wakefield will market the 336,000 square feet, and two-building infill industrial development on a 15.45-acre site.

Company representatives attended the opening ceremony at Meadowvale Boulevard. Attendees included the Mississauga Mayor Bonnie Crombie, MP from Mississauga-Streetsville, Rechie Valdez; MPP from Mississauga-Streetsville, Nina Tangri.

Meadowvale Commerce Park will feature two industrial facilities, located between two major transportation arteries – highways 401 and 407, and 18 kilometres from the Toronto Pearson International Airport.
