Napoleon will be seeking to find people to fill these jobs at their Barrie facility with a job fair on September 16th.

BARRIE — With sales continuing and a purported increase in demand for its products, Napoleon is adding 100 permanent full-time positions on its assembly line at its Barrie facility. Napoleon will be seeking to find people to fill these jobs with a job fair on September 16th.

The positions available supposedly offer competitive wages with opportunities for advancement. Benefits, including family coverage, are available after six months and retirement savings start after three months with a company match. Positions are available on afternoon and midnight shifts, with premiums. Production bonuses are paid twice a year.

Those interested are asked to bring a resume for on-site, in-person interviews at the job fair. Job offers will be made as quickly as 48 hours after the job fair is complete.

The job fair is an outdoor, COVID-conscious event that will take place rain or shine.

Napoleon is a Canadian manufacturer and retailer of grills, fireplaces and heating and cooling solutions based in Barrie, Ont. It currently employs more than 1,000 associates.
