ARICHAT, N.S.—Officials from a seafood processing plant in Nova Scotia that was destroyed in a fire say they plan on rebuilding.

Premium Seafood’s groundfish processing plant and retail market in Arichat, N.S., was destroyed in late August.

No one was hurt in the fire, but it left roughly 70 people out of work.

Company officials say the facility will be rebuilt once debris is cleaned up and the insurance is settled.

The Nova Scotia fire marshal’s office has said its investigators could not determine the cause of a fire, but there was nothing to indicate it was suspicious.
