Molecule signs supply deal to secure use of Vertosa cannabis emulsions

Deal will allow Molecule to use Vertosa emulsions in its cannabis beverages.

OTTAWA — Molecule Holdings Inc., a craft-focused cannabis beverage manufacturer, has signed a cannabis supply agreement with ABcann Medicinals Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Vivo Cannabis Inc.

This deal will allow Molecule to use Vertosa emulsions in its cannabis beverages.

Molecule, located in the 1000 Islands region of Eastern Ontario, has a 200,000 square-foot licensed cannabis beverage processing facility specifically designed to produce high volumes of beverages for brand-partners.

ABcann has territory rights to Vertosa emulsion technology and generates the products on site.
