RICHMOND, B.C.—MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd.(MDA), a global communications and information company, today announced that its U.S. operation, MDA Information Systems LLC, has been awarded a US$9.1 million contract by the U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center.
Details about the technology or length of the contract were not released.
MDA is focused on markets and customers with strong repeat business potential, primarily in the communications, surveillance and intelligence sectors, which means it can rarely publish details about many of its contracts. MDA also conducts a significant amount of advanced technology development.
