TORONTO—Martinrea International Inc. today announced that Nick Orlando will be stepping down as automotive parts manufacturer Martinrea’s president and chief executive officer.

The effective date of the move is yet to be determined, and Orlando will remain involved with the company as a consultant.

Martinrea will immediately commence a search for a new president and CEO.

“Martinrea has completed more than a decade of phenomenal growth, despite the challenges of a very competitive industry,” said Rob Wildeboer, the company’s executive chairman. “That growth has been made possible only through the hard work and dedication of the entire Martinrea team, which has been led by Nick for the past several years. We have had many successes.”
