Kruger's increase will be in the high single digits and is required to offset the significant and continued market inflation across our various manufacturing and supply chain costs.

MISSISSAUGA — Kruger Products L.P., a company in which KP Tissue Inc. holds a limited partnership interest, announced on Jun. 29 after market close that it will be increasing the price of its consumer branded and private label tissue products sold in Canada effective, October 3, 2022. The increase will be in the high single digits and is required to offset the significant and continued market inflation across our various manufacturing and supply chain costs.

KPT was created to acquire, and its business is limited to holding, a limited partnership interest in KPLP.

KPLP is a manufacturer of tissue products for household, industrial and commercial use.

The last time the company published a press release prior to Jun. 29’s announcement was on Apr. 4, when they announced a price increase as well. This is the second from the company in 2022, and follows Kruger’s announcement in February regarding a $240 million expansion project.
