Modern Plant Based Foods says its Kitskitchen production facility has Canadian Food Inspection Agency staff on premise to ensure compliance standards. The large-scale facility along with food compliance certifications have enabled kitskitchen to produce up to 20,000 kg of food per day as well as the opportunity to work with larger retail grocery chains such as the Loblaws.
