Award given to North American plant that achieves the highest cumulative score on key performance metrics

MINNEAPOLIS—Filtration system manufacturer Donaldson Co., Inc. has awarded its hydraulic liquid filter plant in Brockville, Ont., with its Chairman’s Cup award.

The Chairman’s Cup is awarded quarterly to the company’s North American plant that achieves the highest cumulative score on key performance metrics including: employee safety, product quality and customer delivery.

The award was presented to the employees of the Brockville plant by Bill Cook, Donaldson’s CEO, and Jim Noreault, Director of Liquid Filtration Operations. Cook commented, “We started this program seven years ago to recognize operational excellence within our 17 manufacturing and distribution operations throughout the Americas. This is the first time our Brockville plant has won this award and I am particularly proud of this accomplishment considering their recent successful move to a larger facility.”

Donaldson, with market capitalization of $5.37 billion, makes filtration systems and has approximately 13,000 employees at more than 100 sales, manufacturing, and distribution locations around the world.
