Adastra Holdings signs agreement with Zyre Brands

The agreement ensures custom-formulated cured resin vape products are brought to the Canadian adult-use market under the Zyre brand.
LANGLEY — Cannabis sales and testing services company, Adastra Holdings Ltd. has sealed a private manufacturing agreement with Zyre Brands Corp.
With this new agreement in place, Adastra will be responsible for the manufacture of custom-formulated cured resin vape products which will be sold to Canadians under the Zyre brand.

Its background and success in growing cannabis companies and startups is admirable, and complementary in our burgeoning industry. This, paired with their focus on targeting the young adult GenZ customer as a vapes only brand, gives us confidence that they are heavily invested in growing this partnership to the benefit of both parties,” said Michael Forbes, CEO, Adastra Holdings Ltd. in a statement.
