Alanna Vanden Kroonenberg: I thoroughly enjoy the fast-paced and challenging environment that automotive creates. It provides ample opportunities for innovation and continuous development, allowing me to stay engaged and motivated. Witnessing the tangible results of our hard work on a daily basis, and knowing that it positively impacts people’s safety, comfort, and well-being, is incredibly fulfilling.
