Uni-Select acquires Rochester, N.Y., wholesaler

Uni-Select USA, Inc., a subsidiary of auto parts and paint distributor Uni-Select Inc., has acquired the assets of DB Rick's Inc.
BOUCHERVILLE, Que.—Uni-Select USA, Inc., a subsidiary of auto parts and paint distributor Uni-Select Inc., has acquired the assets of DB Rick’s Inc.
DB Rick’s is a wholesaler of automotive parts and paint products operating one store in Rochester, N.Y., and catering mostly to professional repair service centres. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Uni-Select distributes replacement parts, equipment, tools, accessories, paint and related products for motor vehicles in North America. It has 5,500 employees and is headquartered in Boucherville, Que.
