NEB approves Woodside LNG export licence

The licence allows Woodside Energy Holdings to export 807 billion cubic metres over 25 years
CALGARY, Alta.—The National Energy Board has approved a a 25 year natural gas export licence for Woodside Energy Holdings Pty Ltd.
The licence comes with a maximum term quantity of 807 billion cubic metres. The export point would be north of Prince Rupert, B.C. at a proposed natural gas liquefaction terminal.
This licence is still subject to the approval of the Governor in Council.
