One worker dead, another injured in Montreal crane accident

MONTREAL—An investigation is underway into the cause of a crane accident in Montreal that killed one worker and sent another to hospital.

A window-washer in Montreal died April 10 and his son was seriously injured when the crane they were using toppled over, sending the men crashing to the ground.

Police say the window washers fell about 20 metres.

Three other workers were treated for shock.

The cause of the accident was not immediately known.
