Patricia Moser, Grand & Toy’s vice-president of supply chain, has been appointed chair of the Canadian Aboriginal Minority Supplier Council (CAMSC).
“I am honoured to be part of this important effort to empower Canada’s aboriginal and minority suppliers and promote supplier diversity in Canada,” says Moser.
“Our society is increasingly more diverse, and Canada’s business landscape continues to evolve reflecting broader social changes. This leadership role with CAMSC is an opportunity to help shape CAMSC’s future to serve the needs of our diverse communities, diverse suppliers and Canadian companies.”
CAMSC is a private, non-profit membership-based organization composed of multinational corporations operating in Canada. It works to empower Canada’s socially and economically disadvantaged communities through business development and employment.
Moser has over 20 years of senior-level experience in procurement, strategic sourcing and supply chain management. As the chair of CAMSC, she will provide strategic leadership and guidance to CAMSC in support of its mandate and broader objectives.
