Toyota Material Handling rated strongly in performance categories
IRVINE, California: Toyota Material Handling USA Inc (TMHU) has been recognized as a top supplier by Deere and Company.
TMHU earned the designation of Partner-level Supplier for 2011 in the John Deere Achieving Excellence Program. That is the highest status awarded by the tractor manufacturer to its suppliers.
Like other suppliers participating in the program, TMHU was evaluated in a number of performance categories including quality, cost management, delivery, technical support and wavelength (relationships). Its ratings in those areas, plus TMHU’s continuous improvement approach and the high level of customer service it provided to Deere, led to the recognition.
TMHU supplies forklifts and automated guided vehicles to Deere and Company.
