Zwick's new compression fixture for carbon-fibre composite materials
Zwick Roell’s new hydraulic composites compression fixture (HCCF performs compression tests on carbon-fibre composite materials.
HCCF can be used for notch compression tests, with versions for temperatures between -60 °C and +150 °C.
It was developed by IMA Materialforschung und Anwendungstechnik GmbH in Dresden, Germany. It is produced and marketed by Zwick.
Zwick has also expanded its testXpert II software to include tests for tensile, compression, interlaminar shear strength, and flexure.
