Oxea has announced the launch of its new product di-octyladipate (or di-2-ethylhexyladipate), generally known in the market as DOA. DOA is mainly used in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as a plasticizer. According to Oxea, it provides excellent low temperature properties, good resistance to weathering and heat stability. End applications include clear food film, garden hoses, gaskets and tubing.
