New automatic features on Proco packaging system
Proco's Multipak Palletizer Packaging System can handle half cube or full cube pallet sizes up to 105 inches high.
Proco Machinery Inc.’s Multipak Palletizer Packaging System has new features—an automatic pallet feed magazine, slip sheet magazine and top frame magazine.
The Multipak Palletizer operates as either a semi-automatic system or in fully automatic mode at line speeds up to 150 bottles per minute.
The unit can handle half cube or full cube pallet sizes up to 105 inches high. It can also be configured for tray and box packaging.
The system can be mounted with different types of tooling including grippers, vacuum cups, and chucks depending on the application.
There’s an investment payback of about 12 to 15 months, according to Proco Machinery.
