CALGARY—Former NHLer and four-time Stanley Cup winner Claude Lemieux will join Canadian hockey skate maker GRAF Canada Ltd. as chairman of the board of directors.

“GRAF Canada has been making significant changes across the board and I am excited to be joining the team to become a part of that,” said Lemieux. “I have been involved in the hockey industry for a very long time and look forward to taking GRAF to the next level.”

Founded in 1921, the Calgary-based hockey equipment manufacturer specializes in both hockey and figure skates. Its products are in about 500 stores across North America.
