MISSISSAUGA, Ont.—Veritiv Corp., a business services company that provides logistics and prints, publishes and distributes material for customers across a range of industries, is bolstering its Canadian presence by building a new headquarters and warehouse facility in the Toronto area.

The new facility will include 410,000 square-feet of warehouse space and another 42,000 square-feet of offices.

“This new facility will enable Veritiv to expand our service capabilities for Canadian customers and increase the company’s operational efficiencies by consolidating our three existing facilities in the greater Toronto area,” Jason Alderman, the company’s regional vice-president, said.

The Atlanta-based company expects the new facility to be up and running by the summer of 2017. The site will host approximately 350 employees.
