Deal worth up to $1.57 billion if AirBaltic exercises options to buy 10 more jets.
MONTREAL _ Bombardier Inc. has a firm deal to sell at least 10 of its new CSeries passenger jets to AirBaltic, which has an option to buy an additional 10 planes.
The Latvian airline’s firm order has a list value of US$764 million.
The deal could be worth up to $1.57 billion if AirBaltic fully exercises options to buy an additional 10 Bombardier CS300s.
It’s the second major order for the new-generation CSeries planes announced this week by the Montreal-based aerospace company.
