Who’s hired, who’s moving around in the supply chain sector
Air Canada has appointed Derek Vanstone as vice-president of corporate strategy, industry and government affairs. He will start in the role on September 10 and will be responsible for shaping corporate strategy and handling relations with federal, provincial and municipal governments. Currently, Vanstone is deputy chief of staff to Prime Minister Stephen Harper.
Valerie Dussault, president of Demenagement Ste-Foy Moving Inc in Quebec City, Quebec, was elected to the board of directors of United Van Lines (Canada) Ltd. She will serve for a two year term.
Charles VandenBosch is the new senior manager of outside sales at Nissan Forklift Corp in Marengo, Illinois. He will be responsible for increase equipment and parts sales and growing the company’s marketshare.
