Currently Maier is serving as executive vice-president of FedEx Ground. He will be responsible for the leadership and strategic development of the FedEx Ground division.

Elemica, an Exton, Pennsylvania-based company that provides customer, supplier, sourcing and logistics management solutions, has a new vice-president and head of global professional services. Sanjiv Bhatia‘s duties will include implementing and growing the company’s cloud-based solutions. Before joining Elemica, Bhatia was managing director at supply chain implementer BearingPoint.
Roberta Gorzek is the new marketing manager at Steele Solutions Inc, a Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based mezzanine and equipment platform manufacturer. She will provide campaign support to the company’s sales team and its dealers.
