Adds Evans and Wood to stable
TORONTO, Ontario: Once again, Livingston International has acquired another business.
This time it’s Houston, Texas-based Evans and Wood & Co Inc, a customs broker, freight forwarder and international logistics management services provider servicing mainly the consumer goods, energy, construction, telecommunications and manufacturing sectors. Evans and Woods employs approximately 30 people.
“Evans and Wood increases our footprint in the south and is an important part of our growth in the United States,” says Livingston president and CEO Peter Luit.
Livingston has been on a growth-through-acquisition strategy and has purchased a number of other companies this year.
